I ensure that all aspects from administrative, engineering and operations fulfill the contract requirements and are conducted in a safe, efficient and profitable manner. Always with monitoring and controlling variations between actual costs and budget. I am a problem-solver with technical and quality background. Taking care to liaise with the Client and Company's departments- I think that by shaping with empathy and kindness a fair environment in which we and the people around us can feel safe and part of the journey we are building together, it is essential. Creating an atmosphere where, we feel that someone takes care of us is priceless and it is the right way to return home fulfilled. We have to think to the domino effect that has our behavior, every day.
