About Luise Rupp

Translational research scientist with a strong background in immuno-oncology and a passion for spatial biology, imaging, and collaborative problem-solving. During my PhD in tumor immunology, I led 10+ academic and cross-institutional projects on antitumor immunity, immune evasion, and therapy resistance using human tissues and mouse models. Establishing 10+ multiplex immunohistochemistry panels, I gained extensive experience in assay development and further sparked a strong interest in spatial data analysis. Currently working as a Histology Scientist in Target Bioanalytics at Immatics, I apply my expertise to support correlative studies and target validation. With my contract ending at the end of the year, I’m actively exploring new opportunities to contribute my skills in translational research, imaging, and data-driven discovery.
