Professional specializing in the development of automation solutions and electrical projects for complete gas purification processes, multi-axis servo systems, and embedded automation systems applied to railway and automotive industries, focusing on the maintenance and construction of machines for railway tracks and water treatment. As a software automation engineer, my main assignments involve PLC software development using tools TIA Portal, PCS 7, Simatic Manager (Step 7), Codesys 2.5 and 3.5, Studio and TwinCAT 3, creation visualisation solutions for HMI, PCI, and SCADA systems, electrical projects design in Eplan electric, electro-pneumatic and electro-hydraulic systems application for machines and heavy-duty mobile systems, planning and implementetion of industrial networks including Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, EtherNet/IP, AS-i, OPC UA, CANopen, and J1939, PID control tuning, IoT process control and data acquisition for remote monitoring and operation, application of motion control systems including servo drives, inverters, and soft starters. For four years, I had the opportunity to work as Automation Coordinator, where I could work on the development of embedded systems for heavy-duty mobile machines. This professional journey has contributed to a development-focused mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, the capacity to work in group, and a hands-on approach to participation in the development and updating of automated systems as well as Industrial processes. Achievements: As a member of the electrical and automation Engineering team, I worked on the new control system for a new gas purification process, where my mains focus was in full PLC software development, industrial networking application, design of HMI screens and data exchange between the biogas plant and the main SCADA System. As coordinator of the automation engineering team, we worked on the development of many important projects for the Brazilian railway maintenance sector, such as a railcar mover, an overhead line inspection, and a ballast distribution. the machines have become a benchmark in Latin America due to their embedded technology. I was able to work on the development (electrical project and software) of a multi axis servo-controlled machine for assembling electrical terminals.
