About Luiz Meneghel

With over 15 years of experience in design, I began my career as an illustrator and graphic designer for virtual learning environments, eventually transitioning into the development of user interfaces for these platforms. In recent years, I have specialized in UX/UI with a focus on Data-Based Design, deepening my knowledge in data analysis and applying it strategically within tech companies, including fintechs and, more recently, the healthcare sector. Currently, I work as a Senior Designer with a focus on Growth, leading initiatives that range from data collection and analysis to the delivery of high-fidelity prototypes, as well as the integration of artificial intelligence into the user journey. In parallel with my design work, I have developed solid experience with agile methodologies, acting as a facilitator for multidisciplinary squads in complex projects. Over the past seven years, I have led three teams—UX & UI, graphic design, and illustration—applying Scrum and Kanban practices to ensure consistent deliveries, cross-functional alignment, and a continuous focus on user value. I have experience with sprint planning, backlog management, KPI definition, and leading agile ceremonies, always emphasizing collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
