I have a bachelor's degree in business administration and a postgraduate degree in supply chain and logistics management, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to oversee and coordinate warehouse and dispatch operations. I have supervised and coordinated teams, inventory analysis and control, loading and unloading, storage, shipment and unloading monitoring, cargo sorting, and warehouse activities, using SAP software (MM), forklift, and spreadsheets. I have also resolved issues with shipment discrepancies, inventory, loading, shipments, and orders, and implemented requisitions and reservations.
