About Luiza Gonzatto

As a Senior Product Development Engineer at Electrolux Group, I have over 15 years of experience in product research and development, testing, and innovation for laundry and dish care appliances. I hold a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Black Belt certification in Six Sigma, which enables me to apply rigorous and data-driven methods to improve product performance and quality. My current focus is on developing and validating claims benefits for washing, drying, and dish machines in Latin America, as well as supporting tests and initiatives for other regions, such as North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. I work with regional and global teams from R&D, Marketing, and Industrial Design, using Design Thinking and Scrum methodologies, to ensure that our solutions meet the needs and expectations of our target consumers. I also participate in external partnerships and technical trainings to enhance my knowledge and skills in consumer science and sensory evaluation. My passion is to create innovative and sustainable products that deliver superior value and satisfaction to our customers.
