Graduate in Architecture and Urbanism -(CAD Technician | REVIT Technician)(Irish Residence Permit) I am an Architect and Urbanist Graduate (Part ll) with over 4 years of experience in different architectural project scales and design layouts. I have knowledge of Brazilian, Irish and Spainish building regulations on a wide range of projects such as commercial, residential, offices and data centres, from feasibility stage, planning application process, through to construction, site inspections and handover. I have the ability to manage a design team, while working on multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, my ability to speak other languages has also been a valuable asset to my employers when dealing with projects in Europe. I am process driven, a trait that has reflected in the quality of my work and been recognised by my management and peers. I have a positive, dynamic, problem-solving mind set with comprehensive commercial awareness of project budgets.
