From scaling sourcing ecosystems in 6+ countries to launching new brands and driving margin growth across 700+ stores, I specialize in turning complexity into structure — and strategy into performance. I’ve worked at the crossroads of commercial excellence, innovation, and sustainability, leading cross-functional teams and building product strategies for global organizations like Manor, Tally Weijl, and C&A. I hold a Master's in Digital Business with a focus on innovation and business transformation, and I speak four languages — reflecting not only where I’ve worked, but how I think: adaptive, curious, and future-facing.
