About Luka Messiah

I'm all about efficiency and clear communication, so here are the 5 most relevant aspects of my experience and personality an employer should know: 1) I am a recent Political Science and Management graduate at McGill University (3.87 out of 4.0 GPA), working as a Legal Assistant at Davis Polk. 2) I'm extremely detail-oriented and love reading and writing, hence my focus on the legal field and my dreams of being a lawyer. 3) My favorite things to do in my personal life are travel and meet new people. I've traveled to 20+ countries and have moved over 14 times, so I've grown up loving meeting new people and adapting to new ways of life- it does help that I'm bilingual and a dual citizen (French-American). 4) I relish academic challenges. From taking AP classes in 8 grade to the IB diploma in high school, up until college, my highest marks have always come from the most difficult of classes. I consistently seek to challenge myself because it brings out my best. 5) Keeping with the theme of challenging myself, from long-distance running to weightlifting, basketball, swimming, and surfing, I love staying active and trying new sports.
