As a Project Manager at Deloitte, I lead and coach teams, oversee end-to-end audit engagements, and manage client relationships from initiation to completion. I am responsible for project delivery, portfolio management, and ensuring high-quality execution. In addition to managing complex projects, I serve as a coach and mentor to colleagues, fostering their professional growth and driving team performance. My experience is primarily within the Banking and Asset Management Industry, with additional exposure to the Hospitality and Technology sectors. I hold a Master’s degree in International Business and have gained international study experience in Germany. My career journey has taken me from an athlete to an auditor and now to a project manager, fueled by a passion for solving complex problems, creating impact, and driving continuous business improvement. Alongside my professional career, I actively engage in volunteering, which has further strengthened my leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
