As Incubator Lead at the AI Research & Productivity Center, I drive initiatives that embed AI into business-as-usual - transforming workflows, decision-making, and collaboration across teams. With a background in manufacturing systems, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation, I’ve led ERP migrations, implemented cloud BI platforms, and developed MES systems - even simulating production flows using game engines and IoT middleware. I thrive in complex ecosystems where software, data, and people intersect. Since 2017, I’ve been researching agent-based systems and advocating for cyber-physical platforms built on semantic business ontologies. My goal is to help organizations move beyond buzzwords and build smart, human-centric systems grounded in global standards and real-world needs. I believe change is the only constant - and I lead with that mindset. Whether it's guiding teams through transformation, bridging knowledge gaps, or implementing process improvements, I work to make innovation accessible, meaningful, and sustainable.
