As a young professional growing up in Buffalo, NY, I seek fulfillment through leadership in teams and ownership in projects. I believe this comes in 3 forms- Identifying needs where we can improve as a business and become more efficient - Empowering those around me by engaging in each member's strengths - Ensuring we have measurable progress through implementation, crisis management, and workflow systems I am constantly analyzing how we can improve. As the world we live in changes, it is vital to continuously refine our skills and processes. I enjoy diving deeper into how we operate through marketing tactics and analytics, then thinking creatively in terms of how we can try something new to break down those barriers. I have taken the opportunity to lead through sports, music, entrepreneurship, and as a member of 2 Fortune 100 companies. All of these experiences have developed my skills as a person and professional in different ways, but each experience has given me the confidence to problem solve, communicate, and work collaboratively.
