About Lukas Baughman

Lukas Baughman is a young leader who excels in management and critical thinking. Since being a member of the United States Navy, Lukas have mastered leadership skills while continuing to be put in higher leadership roles. By December 2020 Lukas will have completed his Bachelors in History at the University of Tennessee and be ready for full time employment. During my time in high school I was a ranking leader within the Bearden High School NJRTOC program. By my senior year I was the Commanding Officer overlooking over 100 cadets. As the Commanding Officer These accomplishments were made- Receiving Distinguished Unit with Honors - Placing 2nd in regional drill competition - Raising over as a unit towards donations to Smokey Mountain Service Dogs After High School i quickly joined the United States Navy and shipped out to Basic Training on June 29th 2015. The Navy has taught me important leadership skills including critical management, mentoring, and time management. As a Master At Arms my job is security based and with the skills I now hold I was promoted to a 2nd Class Petty Officer. Now managing a security unit my main responsibility is protecting all personal within my department. Here are some other accomplishments I have made within the Navy- Graduated from the USN advanced security school - Managed security department as a junior sailor - Made the top 5% mark as an E-4 While in College and being in the military I have also picked up an additional job worked for Car Cleaning Crew Knoxville. While working under Car Cleaning Crew I was responsible for training new hires and later being the assistant manager for a detailing unit.
