About Lukas Ching

I have completed a Graduate Diploma of Designed Environments, Majoring in Architecture, from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Prior to this degree I have also completed a Bachelor’s of Architectural Studies, Majoring in Interior Architecture at the same university. During the last semester of my studies in New Zealand, I did an exchange semester at the Technical University of Munich, Germany. Choosing to do the exchange has broadened my horizons and has made me learn to integrate within a culturally diverse environment. The overseas studying experience motivated me to further my studies in London, where I completed my Masters of Architecture (RIBA Part II) at the University of Westminster. Between my studies to now I have had almost six years of professional work experience in three Global design focused architectural practices in Hong Kong. Over the years of professional practice I realised my passion for conservation of our built heritage. I turned this passion into reality by completing a Masters of Science in Conservation at The University of Hong Kong.
