In my current position, I own and govern IT Service management across Supply Chain MLEMEA for relevant parts of the IT service landscape. Focus on Service delivery as well as on Financial and supplier management delivering the best value money for relevant services; invent new ideas and apply new methods to improve overall productivity and efficiency in organization by implementing changes in way of working.
