About Lukas Halim

I have over 8 years of experience executing and managing business analytics and data science projects. Currently, I work as Senior Manager of Pharmacy Product Analytics at Evernorth, where I lead a team of four data scientists and business analysts working to demonstrate the value of our current offerings and provide analytic guidance in the development of new offerings. I’m used to working to clarify ambiguous requirements, seeking out the right expert or data source for a particular task, and rapidly prototyping a solution that will later be operationalized by another team. I’m also an instructor on Udemy, where I have developed two top-ranked courses on Tableau. More than students have signed up, and many have told me that the training helped them pass the certification exam and helped them to find a new job. Outside work, I enjoy carpentry - building sheds and chicken coops – and participating in Parkrun, a volunteer-run organization that holds weekly 5K runs at locations around the country and internationally.
