Goal-oriented, Organized, Creative, and Reliable person, who is passionate about work challenges and diving deep into details. Currently, I trying to cover complex HR processes and at the same time working on my hard/soft skills linked with HR environment to do my job the best and represent a company on the highest standards. Typology of character according to MBTI typology: ENFP Career path: Nowadays, I am focusing on my analytical skills and enhancing my computer/data skills, which may be applicable in the HR area (mostly database and reporting systems). In the meantime, I focus on the practice side of the Czech Labour Code, Process Management, and covering of Complex HR Agenda Processes to become a good experienced HR Generalist, in the future well-skilled HR Business Partner or Junior HR Manager.
