As the head of the International Relations and External Affairs Department, my skills include team leadership, operational management, financial administration, and project management. I ensure compliance with regulations, handle international partnerships, organize visits and events, and contribute to marketing efforts. My responsibilities encompass budget management, reporting, and evaluation. I oversee all international projects (incl. Erasmus+), coordinating project schedules, finances, and partnerships. Additionally, I handle agreements, maintain a database of contacts, monitor international mobility, and participate in quality assessments. I contribute to administrative tasks, represent the university at international events, and collaborate on marketing strategies. My profile reflects expertise in team leadership, financial administration, project management, international relations, marketing, event organization, and strategic planning, all aimed at advancing the university's internationalization goals. As an experienced educator and researcher in environmental humanities, I have had the privilege of teaching and lecturing at renowned institutions such as Masaryk University and Mendel University in Brno. My expertise lies in subjects such as Environmental Sociology and Global Environmental Problems. Additionally, I have conducted training sessions on topics like Introduction to Environmental Humanities, Academic Reading and Writing, as well as Bachelor and Master thesis preparatory seminars. My passion for environmental education has also led me to work with NGOs such as Lipka – School Facility for Environmental Education and Hnutí Duha – Friends of the Earth Czech Republic. Furthermore, I have made significant contributions as a researcher, being involved in projects related to environmentally friendly lifestyles, agroforestry, and various environmental conflict assessment methodology. I have held positions at esteemed institutions such as the Czech Academy of Sciences.
