I'm Lukas Pirok, CEO at BHMG Engineers, Inc. I started my journey at BHMG as an intern and have grown alongside the company—transitioning from engineer to VP, then COO, and now as the leader of an incredible team. I pride myself on a strong dedication to integrity, collaboration, and building long-term relationships that drive innovation and excellence. My background as a Mechanical Engineer from SIUE has given me a solid technical foundation, and over the past 16+ years, I've learned that the best solutions come when creative minds come together. Whether it's tackling complex challenges in the utility sector, pioneering power engineering projects, or steering our efforts in renewable energy and grid modernization, I believe in maintaining high standards while keeping things approachable and relatable. At BHMG, we’re committed to infrastructure innovation and sustainable power solutions that enhance energy efficiency and propel the future of utility engineering. Outside of work, I enjoy quality time with my family in Staunton, coaching baseball, and embracing the outdoors.
