I am a history graduate student with a diverse range of experiences and interests. I possess excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities and work well in a team. From all my various jobs, degrees, and experiences, I have learned that I can excel in multiple environments. In my previous sales and customer service roles, I learned the significance of effective communication and gained substantial experience in interpersonal communication. I learned the importance of quick thinking, flexibility, adapting to each customer and situation and the importance of honesty and respect in sales. When I worked in operations or behind-the-scenes roles, I enjoyed finding ways to work efficiently, as well as my ability to learn processes quickly. Clear communication was a valuable asset when working with my team and handling external communications.
