About Lukas Ries

I consider myself as a type of person, who search new things, new challenges, learning still something new and exploratory, obviously using by a common sense with business or production background thinking. I am able to analyze root causes and wasting in any kind of process, negotiate the possible respective countermeasures and audit and improve the process using by FMEA and ISO 9001 methodology. I also know how to set a methodology for process / people / product improvements. I use an advanced data and visual analysis, recommendations and solution proposals for problems in production or administrations processes using by risk and preventive based approach according to PDCA cycle and within ISO 9001:2015. Obviously, I am a team player, cause this is the only thing to achieve an effective maximum performance in any project or profession. My professional scope is a quality management and lean topics, generally business / production improvement processes and risk management by FMEA approach.
