My primary goal in every role I've held has been to achieve excellent service levels for our clients while supporting and developing the team to reach their full potential. Throughout my career, I've specialised in process optimisation and improving customer experience. I have experience leading a customer support team, where I successfully implemented key performance indicators and service level agreements (SLAs), resulting in improved customer engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, I've been responsible for effectively managing business and logistics processes in the warehouse, including communication with customers and suppliers, negotiating business agreements, handling complaints, and monitoring online sales channels. My skills are supported by my 15-year residency in the United Kingdom, during which I've developed my abilities across various industries and learned to adapt to new challenges with determination and flexibility.
