About Lukas Schmitzer

Als First Mover haben wir die Vorteile des Mitarbeiterwohnens aus ökonomischer, ökologischer und sozialer Sicht erkannt. Unsere Mission ist es, für und mit Unternehmen ganzheitlich Mitarbeiterwohnquartiere zu entwickeln und zu betreiben. Als studierter Soziologe mit Hintergrund in der Bauwirtschaft hat mich nach Ausflügen in die Politikberatung die Leidenschaft an der Entwicklung von Wohnraum gepackt. Seitdem widme ich mich intensiv Themen der nachhaltigen Quartiersentwicklung und dem Mitarbeiterwohnen, und habe dazu zahlreiche Arbeiten verfasst (u.a. BA "Sociological perspectives on the rediscovery of company housing- Quantitative study of employee housing as a residential option for young a first mover, we have recognized the advantages of employee housing from an economic, ecological and social perspective. Our mission is to develop and operate holistic employee housing for and with companies. As a sociologist with a background in the construction industry, I became passionate about the development of housing after a few forays into political consulting. Since then, I have devoted myself intensively to the topics of sustainable neighborhood development and employee housing, and have written numerous papers on the subject (including BA "Sociological perspectives on the rediscovery of company housing- Quantitative study of employee housing as a residential option for young professionals")
