About Lukas Urech

As the Director of Product Management at Crem International, a leading manufacturer of coffee and vending machines, I have full ownership of the product line, from concept development to customer relations. With over 10 years of experience in the company, I have been involved in defining the technology and product roadmaps, supporting the sales team, and managing key customer accounts and escalations. My background as a PhD in Physical Chemistry and a certified Project Manager enables me to leverage my strong technical and scientific skills, as well as my multi-site project management expertise, to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions for the global market. I am passionate about identifying and developing trend-setting technologies, evaluating patents, and collaborating with business development and customers in new development projects. I am also a member of the management team and a mentor for junior product managers.
