However, I also like to deep dive to understand the problem first and help the team navigate challenges. I am a pragmatist who believes in doing the right thing, even when it requires taking risks and making mistakes. In my managerial roles, I have excelled at optimising company operations and building strong, collaborative teams that work towards strategic business goals. I also have a track record of successfully expanding capacity and capability by building and running offices in Europe and Africa. Above all, I believe that self-awareness and self-criticism are essential for earning the trust of my team and enabling us to achieve great things together.
