About Lukasz Laskowski

I’ve been in real estate for nearly 17 years, with a background spanning asset management, controlling, financing, reporting, investor relations and fund operations. As an asset manager, I’ve worked across Poland, Germany, the UK, the Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary and Lithuania – covering the full lifecycle of office portfolios, including landmark assets in key markets. My responsibilities included leasing, marketing, tenant relations, capex and retrofit planning, ESG upgrades and asset repositioning strategies. My experience ranges from building asset management and reporting structures from the ground up, through developing fund-level software tools, to participating in real estate transactions exceeding €1 billion in value as an asset manager. I also directly supported €250 million in cross-border acquisitions in an investment role. I established local offices for two major German investment companies – setting up teams, workflows and operations from scratch. I care about making real estate more transparent, data-driven and human.
