Starting as a joiner on-site and moving through maintenance roles, site management, and project delivery. I progressed quickly into leading complex healthcare construction projects, where the standards are high and the impact is meaningful. My expertise spans mental health fit-outs, elderly care refurbishments, and secure environments projects where precision, compliance, and sensitivity are essential. Now, as Project Director at LakeRidge, I oversee the full project lifecycle across our specialist healthcare portfolio, driving delivery, collaboration, and lasting results. I’m passionate about building environments that meet the highest standards and make a real difference to the people who rely on them. My background is supported by a strong foundation of professional qualifications, including a Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Management (Building and Civil Engineering), CSCS Black Card, and SMSTS — ensuring leadership, compliance, and quality are at the forefront of every project I lead.
