I've been a quality assurance analyst for over a decade, and while each job is different, I enjoy the challenge and benefits of learning new tools and skills as my career progresses. I'm a fan of automation, I believe it's a way to gain additional coverage with the same amount of resources, but proper planning is crucial for success. I've also enjoyed testing in AWS for the last two years. I frequently use dynamo, IoT Core, Cloudwatch, and a variety of AWS offerings to track down issues, and I appreciate how easy it is having access to everything in a centralized location. I'm extremely comfortable working in Windows using VSTS/Azure Dev ops, and almost all jobs I've had have required varying degrees of SQL knowledge, but I like to learn so bring on Jira or anything else!
