Experienced in lube oil and fuel oil systems as in keeping the correct pressure, temperature and tank levels. Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment is my technical skill. All the way from piping, controllers, transducers, computer equipment, throttles and pitch control, pneumatic air system, alarm systems and much more.I'm a qualified maintenance man on 4 LM2500 gas turbine engines and 3 501-k17 gas turbine generators. I've work on switchgears and swithboards: keeping correct shore and ships power to the ship. I've worked on voltage all the way up to 450VAC, 60HZ, and 400HZ equipment. I've taken control of ships throttling and pitch from a engineering space and keeping correct communication with the pilot house for elite driving skills.The navy has given me expert skills in firefighting, communication, teaching, watch standing, keeping logs on equipment.I'm knowledgable in a tag-out program which is for safety of personnel and equipment. This program makes sure something can not be operated with out permission.Qualified radiation technician, gage calibration, power supply calibration, tank level calibration, Detroit switch calibration, high and low pressure system calibration, torque wrench calibration, temperature gage calibration.I'm the leading training petty officer of 42 enlisted and commissioned officers. I make sure they are kept in qualifying standards and are trained properly. I also make sure everyone is mustered, their daily task have been completed, and log work hours.I've also earned certificates of apprenticeship as a Hydroelectric-Machinery Mechanic(Utilities) and Power Plant Operator from the United Stated Secretary of Labor.I got out of the Navy and started working at NASSCO, which is a shipbuilding company in San Diego. I maintained their gantry cranes, overhead cranes, laser machinery that cut steel, PLC's, motors, and many different types of industrial control systems. I moved back to Kansas City in December of 2018, and now I'm working on getting my license to be an electrician. I will be done with my associates degree and by the end of 2020. As of right now I work and go to school full time.
