Hi, I am Luke. I am a proud Father, Talent Obsessed Commercial Leader, Golf Nerd, Food lover and values-based professional who enjoys exploring the new world of work. I have been involved with FDI since it was an idea around the pub dining table and jumped at the opportunity to join the mission when the timing was right. My first role in the business was as a research consultant, quickly moving on to Account Management before joining the Leadership Team. My major passion throughout this journey has always been collaborating with and developing people. To walk around the offices today and see young leaders who have progressed in the business is both inspiring and rewarding. This passion for people and the business has resulted in me now taking up the role as Head of FDI HQ whereby I will be focusing on developing our people and ensuring our focus remains on customer success. One thing I would say is that I am very approachable.
