I'm a highly experienced and successful strategic marketer based in Sydney, Australia. Hi. I did a few different things before finding my vocation.(I like to think it's given me a broader perspective than many career marketers.) I learned to sell, working in menswear retail. Computer programming and support taught me problem-solving (and a bit of coding). And I learned the fun of being creative while playing some extremely loud and even more ordinary rock music. Since then, I've blown up a car (for road safety), built 20-storey high dreams (for Telecom NZ), moved 4 national parks into the middle of the city (for disability services), and set a new Guinness World Record (for Virgin Money). I've managed creative on businesses as big and varied as DuluxAustralia, EnergyAustralia, Foxtel, Ikea, Mars, McDonald's, NZ Defence Force, Procter & Gamble, Telecom NZ, Telstra, Toyota, Virgin Australia, Westfield and Westpac. And I've been awarded enough through the last decade to be among the world’s top 20 creative directors (BigWon Report, Cannes) and Sydney’s top 5 executive creative directors (Campaign Brief).
