I have 14 years of water industry experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing both field and office teams across varied divisions. I am an assured analyst and can identify trends, amending and introducing processes to achieve efficiencies. I have experience of working on a NEC4 contract working in collaboration with various delivery partners. I am comfortable working with OPEX, CAPEX / TOTEX budgets and have successfully delivered capital projects on time within budget. As well as a successful career within the water industry, I have extensive knowledge and experience within the property sector as a director of a limited company. The company specialises in property acquisition, development and renovation. This includes financial forecasting, cost analysis, bridging finance and planning application management.
