I have combined my skills, experience and passion to help others reach their financial goals and joined Scotiabank as a Financial Advisor. I achieved the IFIC Designation to be licensed to sell Mutual Funds while also completing the Registered Financial and Retirement Advisor program and Branch Compliance Officer course. I now hold the position as Branch Manager with Scotiabank I am a highly motivated, Self-starting individual. I Graduated with distinction in an Honors Program in Management and Organizational Studies from Western University in 2015. I found success in the Restaurant industry with a highly visible and respected company SIRCorp, working up the ranks in Jack Astor's to holding the position of Assistant General Manager at the Company's #2 Store, Jack Astor's Dundas Square. As a Project Manager for the Hunny Pot Cannabis Company, I was responsible for helping train and develop sales staff in a still young industry and gained valuable work experience in the regulated Cannabis Industry managing multiple stores across Toronto. I refined my leadership skills further and was part of a team that met or exceeded company sales targets routinely. I was proud to develop high achieving staff members into leadership positions such as Supervisor and Assistant Store Manager. I believe Leadership and Emotional Intelligence are two very important qualities in Management. I have demonstrated and continue to exemplify these qualities in my work. You have to be the example you wish to see in others. The success I have achieved thus far in my Career has been shared with the great teams I have been a part of and built. I also have a strong understanding of Mathematics and Financial business practices. Working for a publicly traded company in SIRCorp, while I was an Assistant General Manager I was responsible for preparing store Profit and Loss statements along with other material documents for the store with the support of the Accounting team at Head Office.
