My name is Luke, and I recently graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate. I’ve developed a strong passion for finance and real estate through both my hands-on experience and academic coursework, learning topics such as real estate finance, investment analysis, and property valuation. My background includes a Property Management internship at William Douglas, where I gained insight into day-to-day operations, as well as running my own successful online retail business. Through running my own business, I’ve handled a high-value inventory, consistently turned a profit, and completed hundreds of sales by building strong, lasting relationships with my customers. I’m proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite, and I bring a driven, detail-oriented approach to every opportunity.
