About Luke Dyson

I am committed to fostering high-performing teams and developing commercial strategies that align with both client expectations and business goals. I’m passionate about continuous improvement and leveraging my industry experience to drive operational excellence and long-term partnerships in the infrastructure and highways sectors. As a highly driven and commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong foundation in NEC3 & NEC4 contracts, I have built a career delivering value and performance across complex infrastructure projects. My experience at Tarmac saw me develop my skills and passion in the commercial management of the Nottinghamshire Term Service Contract for the highways, where I developed a deep understanding of contract compliance, stakeholder engagement, and cost control in a high-pressure environment.Previously operating as the Highways Commercial Manager at Jointline, I bring a strategic approach to commercial leadership, ensuring robust contract management, margin protection, and collaborative project delivery across multiple teams and clients. I thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings where accurate forecasting, disciplined risk management, and transparent communication are key to successful outcomes.
