Luke has predominantly worked with complex public sector clients in large-scale transformation and technology programmes, leading teams through all stages of the project lifecycle, including the use of Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Luke’s proven success is in part due to effective relationships he cultivates with his clients through adapting to different styles, helping them through periods of ambiguity and working collectively to build confidence.
