Recently, he has influenced over a users while consulting a Fortune 5 company to gain trust and loyalty for Deloitte's top financial technology. That customer loyalty has allowed him to become the point of contact for all customer experience questions which eventually led Luke to become one of the thought-leaders for his client’s User Adoption movement. This subsequently led to marketing videos and long-term content strategy writing in order to best socialize his firm's state of the art financial technology.
