About Luke Eilert

Through my education and work history, I have a variety of experience within several industries and with companies of different structures and sizes. I graduated from Creighton University in May 2021 with a degree in marketing, and studied in the MBA program at the University of Kansas. I have held several internships and positions with both long-established companies and startups. I worked with the marketing department at Schier Products for two summers, experiencing every aspect of a small marketing team. I also interned at triValence, a well-funded startup, where I aided with marketing during the company's initial go-to-market efforts and first product launch. I have had multiple sales and account management positions at both Avid Communications and Safe Haven Services. At Avid, I primarily worked with existing accounts, where I developed relationships with customers and worked to solve services issues, manage custom requests, execute changes to services, and sell net new services. At Safe Haven, I worked with the company's largest partner, DR Horton, to sell and install custom security solutions to new homeowners across the country, assisting many buyers simultaneously by providing unique solutions customized to best fit each sale. Most recently, I moved to the operations side at Safe Haven, where I assist with operations between multiple internal departments and those of partners to ensure orders are successfully sold and installed. I manage communication between sales representatives, installation technicians, and customers, resulting in a smooth and efficient sales journey.
