An accomplished and dynamic accounting professional, I completed my education at Missouri State University in 2023 and immediately embarked on a fast-tracked career path that has seen me accumulate a range of valuable experience in a short span of time. I am adept in various facets of accounting, taxation, and finance operations with a solid understanding of industry standards, practices, and professional ethics. My foray into the field began with a tax season internship as a Tax Associate in 2020 where I gained a hands-on understanding of tax regulations, preparation, and planning. I followed this by spending a year and a half at O'Reilly Auto Parts, initially as an Accounts Payable Intern and subsequently, as a Finance Operations Coordinator. This tenure solidified my knowledge of accounts management, invoice processing, financial reporting, and operational coordination. Since January 2023, I've been contributing my skills to Telarus, LLC as a Staff Accountant. My responsibilities encompass conducting bank reconciliations, handling month-end close procedures, creating journal entries, and performing other account reconciliations. I take pride in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all accounting data, contributing to the overall financial health and performance of the organization. I am keen on leveraging my accounting expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to adhere to regulatory standards for the benefit of the company I work for. I am a strong communicator, a diligent professional, and have a passion for financial numbers and solving complex financial problems.
