About Luke Espich

I’m a Managing Director at Accordion, where I partner with private equity-backed companies to strengthen their Finance and Operations functions and lead critical transformation initiatives. With over a decade of experience across 30+ portfolio companies and close collaboration with 15+ private equity sponsors, I specialize in bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex situations—particularly in the pivotal early stages post-PE investment.I began my career at Johnson & Johnson, delivering global finance projects across five countries. Since then, I’ve focused on helping portfolio companies build strong foundations, improve performance, and make smarter decisions through better use of data and technology.I’m deeply invested in the people side of transformation—whether it’s mentoring internal leaders, working hands-on alongside client teams, or cultivating high-performing talent. I believe sustainable change happens when people feel empowered, challenged, and unified by a clear purpose. As a founding member of Accordion’s London office, I’m also focused on expanding our impact with European clients and sponsors.
