About Luke Funke

As an Order Management Specialist at John Deere, I serve in a key role that connects the company and its customers. I manage order cycles, from processing and tracking to invoicing, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of quality products. I also coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, such as sales, production, distribution, and logistics teams, to optimize the order flow and resolve any issues or challenges. My passion for relationship development and organization skills stem from my previous leadership roles within the military. I was a Cannon Crewmember in the Iowa Army National Guard for six years, where I deployed to Afghanistan as a Crew Chief and led a team of soldiers in operating and maintaining artillery systems. I also completed a Bachelor's of Science in Animal Science from Iowa State University, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in the agricultural business. These experiences have shaped my work ethic, communication, integrity, and attention to detail, which I apply to my current role at John Deere and my future goals.
