As a QA Analyst at Diligent, I spearhead testing efforts for the ESG web application, empowering leaders to gain a comprehensive perspective on governance, risk, compliance, and ESG across their organization. My responsibilities include crafting frameworks and test cases for the reporting side, executing functional, API, and security tests, and optimizing QA workflows with contractors through ALM Octane integration in Jira.My journey with Diligent began in 2021 through the acquisition of Accuvio, where I served as the sole QA professional in a fast-paced startup environment. There, I initiated and implemented the QA process from its inception, collaborating closely with the development team to elevate software quality continuously.With a Higher Diploma in Computer Science from Griffith College Dublin and a BSc in Applied Freshwater and Marine Biology from Atlantic Technological University, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and interdisciplinary knowledge to my role. I am deeply passionate about software testing, agile methodologies, and driving sustainability initiatives forward.
