About Luke Hall

Those who know me have no doubts as to how I ended up in leadership and development. Without sounding too cliche, I’m one of the fortunate ones who truly goes to work every day and does what I love. Checking out my work history below, you’ll see that I’ve spent the majority of my career at the same company - that’s no accident. I joined Pti Worldwide back in July of 2007 as part of the operations team, quickly rising in the company to end up as Head of Operations in 2012 and Chief Operating Officer in 2017. Some of my highlights during that time include co-founding the Pti Worldwide Business Process Mapping Methodology™ and working with my clients on creating business/cultural transformation through operational excellence and Client Journey Mapping.Since then, I’m proud to say that, along with my wife Kate, we acquired the Pti Worldwide business in February 2020, and then relaunched as Revolve in June 2022. As I’m sure you can tell by the dates, we were hit with one of the most challenging times for not just businesses, but individuals the world over. With an amazing team and the ability to adapt and move with the changing needs of our industry and businesses as a whole, we were about to continue to slowly grow the business through a global pandemic, and as a result, have since developed a client base that is truly rewarding to this day. Clients include Virgin Media, River Island, British Gas, and Budweiser Brewing Group - names I could have only dreamed about at the start of my career. Moving with the ever-growing need for digital communication, along with my business associate, Danny Gray, we created a solution to the changing needs of the L&D world - The Virtual Labs. A studio space accessible in design, while still technologically advanced to help you create the best content for your company. Filling a gap the industry so desperately needed, we’ve gone on to create multiple “labs” across the country, with more planned for the future.My days can be packed, be it catching a flight to one of our clients overseas, speaking at industry events, blocking out time to catch up with our team, or debriefing at the end of the day with my wife/business partner, Kate. It’s a non-stop ride but you wouldn’t find me anywhere else.
