Luke is a hardworking and motivated student recently graduated with a 2.1 Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Limerick. Top grades were achieved in subjects requiring employment of team management, mathematical problem solving and understanding of biological processes. Experience gained via a 9 month internship at Zimmer Orthopedics allowed for the development of and understanding and skillset useful in the manufacturing sector. Further experience gained from a 3 month employment in the Research and Development department of Cook Medical giving an understanding of Laboratory work procedures and Product design projects. Keen to expand knowledge and experience in the engineering sector that will offer the opportunity for challenging work and further personal and professional development.
