About Luke Hong
First generation Korean American. Lived in three countries and many different cities. Suffered a torn ACL at 16 and found my passion in sports and rehabilitation. Got recruited to play division 1 soccer at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Suffered a multi ligament injury in college and further deepened my interest in the human body. Passionate about bridging the gap between physical therapy, strength and conditioning, and implementing different systems/philosophies to achieve the goal of optimizing biomechanics and health. Other interests include fascia, postural restoration institute, dynamic neuromuscular stabilization, carnivore diet, breathework, etc. I believe in the growth mindset and humility. Helping people is very important to me.
