About Luke Hupton

British Canadian Psychotherapist with 8+ years of clinical practice in outpatient community mental health, non-profit, and private practice settings. As a Child and Youth Mental Health (CYMH) Clinician, I have provided specialist services in the areas of Concurrent Disorders, Eating Disorders, Complex Developmental Trauma, and LGBTQ2S+ related issues in an individual and a group setting. I work within the CYMH comprehensive DBT program and I also provide Art Therapy Supervision to graduate students and art therapists requiring supervision hours for registration.Academically, I am currently a 3rd year Doctoral student in Counselling Psychology (School Psychology Field) at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) of the University of Toronto where my research is focused on clinician perspectives of masculinity identity in adolescent gay men. I have provided guest lectures at Stenberg College, Douglas College, and the University of the Fraser Valley on my areas of specialty.As of 2024, I am one of the Members at Large for the Educational and School Psychology Section of the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA).
