About Luke Ingham

Luke’s experience in civil construction comes from working out in the field in a leading hand and foreman capacity, while also completing his trade in civil construction on numerous projects throughout the Northern Territory. Luke possesses good communications with all stakeholders and his ability to form cohesive workgroups to positively contribute to achieve project outcomes is one of his strengths. Prior to undertaking a career in civil construction and engineering Luke has extensive management and operations experience in the drilling sectors overseeing the management of a drill crew, rig operations, logistics, maintenance, ensure safety and compliance of rig operations in both an exploration and production environment. Luke participated and led safety and compliance meetings on major mining and exploration sites throughout WA. Wanting to further his skills in project management Luke went back to university and completed part time his Associate Degree of Engineering (Civil). This mix of management, engineering and practical hands on experience allows him to solve and clearly explain onsite problem resolutions to workers in the field, while maintaining the standard of quality control and documentation expected from his clients.
