I enjoy communicating with people, whether that be customers or my fellow colleagues. Naturally happiest with computers, I find technical tasks logical and ‘sponge up’ new information easily. Previously self-employed, I ran my own IT support company for over four years, I am highly self-motivated. I have continued in my spare time to also make the occasional home visits, mainly troubleshooting and networking peripherals, obtaining these clients through recommendations from a local computer shop. However, I am now looking for something more stable and to further my skills that I have been unable to self-teach, to carve a long-term career for myself with further training at a company I can grow in. Looking to study to gain IT qualifications to facilitate my return to the IT Industry.
