My current role at Johnson and Johnson is with the Global Clinical Operations team. I am a Site Manager (CRA) responsible for monitoring a number of hematology trial centers in Australia. I perform routine monitoring duties at these sites for lymphoma and multiple myeloma clinical research, and am responsible for ensuring site compliance with the study protocols and ICH-GCP. My career in clinical trials began as a site study coordinator in 2021 working on Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Disease studies, and this was my first role in industry after my time in academia (PhD in diabetes research).
