My name is Luke Johnson, and I specialize in fraud mitigation and investigation. I have over 13 years of experience working in fraud mitigation within the online purchasing and digital goods arenas. During this time I've developed my skills in pattern recognition, behavioral analysis, chargeback arbitration, and investigation of fraud networks. I’ve supervised teams of detection and investigation specialists responsible for fraud and loss mitigation in both the online and real-world environments, including internal investigations of a confidential nature.My duties have included manual review of purchases, tracking and documenting of organized fraud rings and related suspects, and presentation of investigative findings to local and federal law enforcement agencies. I have trained teams in the writing and execution of SQL queries to mine data and produce reporting, developed and documented operational/investigative processes, and identified and implemented solutions to improve operational efficiency.
